Your brand includes your visuals (logo, signage, website, printed materials, etc.), your philosophy, your pricing, and even how you or your employees answer the phone or greet people upon arrival.
Think about a brand you like, and then think about all of the aspects that make up that brand. Why do you like it? What are the first things that pop into your mind when thinking about that company or organization or product?
